The men in our industry carry a lot. Commission checks that come and go. Clients who depend on them to get to the closing table. Families who depend on them at home. In many of our households, the expectation is to be the provider, stay strong, and keep it to yourself.
Mind Over Matter was created to make room for a different conversation, one where men can talk openly about stress, setbacks, purpose, and the mindset it takes to keep going.
Last year we brought this conversation into the room for the first time, and it’s coming back. This year we’re widening the circle to include men from every corner of the housing industry: agents, brokers, lenders, title and escrow officers, inspectors, contractors, insurance and home warranty professionals, and everyone who helps our community buy, build, and protect a home.
